Offline With Outlook

1.Overview

Your Email and Calendar can be accessed offline on your PC and mobile. This document explains the simple process of setting up Outlook on your PC.

 

2.Outlook

1.Select the Windows start button, type “Outlook” and Select the Outlook App.

2.Enter your email address and select Connect.

3.Enter your Password and select OK.

4.Select done.

5.Outlook will open and display your emails.

6.Select the calendar icon to switch to your calendar.

7.When you are offline a disconnected message is displayed with confirmation of the last time your Outlook was last updated. Your emails and calendar continue to be available while you are offline. Any new emails you send or changes you make while you are offline are automatically updated when you go back online.

8.When you go back online a “connected to Microsoft Exchange” message is displayed confirming all folders are up to date.

Offline With Android

1.Overview.

LP+365 content can be accessed offline on your desktop and mobile. This document explains the simple process of setting up your device so you can access your content using OneDrive for Android.

 

2.Setting Assignments.

Sign into LP+365 with your Teacher or Student account

From the Home Dashboard click on My Documents tile to open your OneDrive online as below:

If you don’t already have the OneDrive mobile App installed on your phone, then click on Get the app to download and install OneDrive.

 

3.OneDrive for Android

  • After installing OneDrive, launch and login with your Office365 account

4.Available offline.

Make documents available offline, select the required document(s), menu will appear with download for offline icon, now select the con and notice the new green tic next to the available offline files:

5.Shared with me.

You can navigate to the shared with you from the bottom menu, click on shared to view then you can select any document and will be able to make it available offline the same way as explain in the previous step

6.Class documents.

Class documents can be accessed offline if they have been cached or made available offline as explained before, you can view the class documents by navigating to Libraries on OneDrive, then select the class document library as per the screen below, in this example is called NewClass 10

Now you can see the contents of the class, in this example you can see Assignment Documents and Class Documents, click on the Class Documents

Once navigated to the Class Documents, you’ll be able to see the contents, as per the screen example we can see one word document and once you select the ellipsis a menu will appear with multiple options, once of them is Keep Offline which will make this document available when you are offline.

Offline With Windows 10 OneNote

1.Overview

The Lp+365 Class notebook can be accessed offline on your desktop and mobile. This document explains the simple process of using accessing your Notebook offline on any Windows 10 device. OneNote is built into Windows 10.

 

2.Class Notebook

  1. From the LP+365 App class dashboard, select the Notebook title and open your class Notebook.

  1. The Notebook opens in OneNote Online. Select “Open In OneNote” to open in Windows 10 OneNote.

  1. Enter your credentials when prompted.

 

  1. Your OneNote is now open in Windows 10 OneNote and can be used offline. All changes to OneNote will be synced automatically when you are next online.
