Creating a Digital Space for Students through LP+ ADOPT

Implementing LP+ ADOPT has enabled delivery of INJAZ programs, manage administration, monitoring, reporting of online courses and training programs that are delivered by the organization.

Challenges before the use of LP+ ADOPT

Before LP+ ADOPT, INJAZ were using an open-source LMS system to deliver training courses to the students, but faced many challenges like continuous system downtime, the ability to customize the system, who can customize it, system compatibility, hardware, UX UI design, and lack of support.

How is LP+ ADOPT used?

LP+ ADOPT will be used as the main learning hub for students by uploading all learning material and courses and rollout information to the system. Having the virtual classroom feature using Microsoft teams will add the ability to conduct online interactive training. Also, the feature of in-person and offline implementation will give INJAZ the ability to report information for both INJAZ’s online and in-person course implementation status.

How were challenges overcome?

The main challenge was how to correctly design the system to meet INJAZ’s needs and the ability to migrate the data from the old system to the LP+ ADOPT, but this challenge was overcome because of the dedication and cooperation of the LP+ system support team and their continuous follow-up.

Another main challenge was the downtime of the old system, which was overcome since the new system is built on Microsoft servers in integration with office 365. It also allows us to add new features and support the system easily.

For the INJAZ program development team, using the LP+ ADOPT studio was a great transition in INJAZ programs development by creating electronic versions of their work by enabling them to develop courses effectively and efficiently with the ability to edit, develop and reflect the learning material for students easily.

The system features and usage abilities helped our field office operation team in conducting their sessions and collecting all required course information easily.
